Invoice # 765 Sally, Order received today, 3/19. My order was for 4- SAPP204-12 3/4" stamped steel pillow blocks with collars. The mounts are marked PP204, the bearings are marked SA205-16, 1" ID. I'm very disappointed that on my first time ordering from your company that I receive the incorrect parts. Please advise how you wish to fix this. My project is now on hold. MR KRAUSS, THE CORRECT BEARINGS HAVE BEEN SENT AND A RETURN LABEL HAS ALSO BEEN SENT, THE DAY I WAS NOTIFIED. I APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE. Great Service! Products are quality. I have both Bearing Distributors and Motion Industries in my local area. Took bad bearings to them to find replacements. Neither could help me . Both told me they couldn't get them or source them for me. That led me to the internet and SAS Bearings, inc. Not only did i get my product, but I got it incredibly quickly. Roof vent fan is back together and functioning perfectly. It is amazing what can happen when someone REALLY wants to help you. Thank you for the excellent customer service!
